Get started in minutes

Follow these steps to set up your first competitive intelligence dashboard and start receiving AI-powered reports.

Create your workspace

Sign up and configure your organization settings, team members, and notification preferences.

Add competitors

Enter competitor names and domains. RivalDesk auto-discovers their websites, pricing pages, job boards, and social profiles.

Configure intelligence sources

Select which of the 8 monitoring channels to enable and set scan frequencies for each competitor.

Set up alerts and briefings

Choose severity thresholds, delivery channels (email, Slack, Teams), and briefing cadences for your team.

Receive your first report

Within 24 hours, you will have a full competitive intelligence dashboard with AI-scored signals and recommended actions.
