Information You Provide

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register for the Service, make a purchase, request support, or otherwise communicate with us. This includes:

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or regulatory purposes. Competitive intelligence data collected through the Service (such as publicly available competitor information) may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form.

Backup copies of your data may persist in our systems for up to 90 days after deletion before being fully purged.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These may include:

  • Access: The right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: The right to request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
