RivalDesk helps teams monitor public information about their competitors. This policy explains what we collect from you as a customer, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We collect the account details you give us (name, work email, company and password) and basic usage data so we can run the product, send your briefings and improve the service.
The intelligence in your account comes from public sources such as competitor websites, pricing pages, review sites, ad libraries and job boards. We do not collect private or confidential data about any company.
We use your information to provide the service, send the alerts and briefings you ask for, process billing, and keep your account secure. We never sell your data.
You can update or delete your account at any time from Settings. You can adjust which emails you receive, and you can export or remove your data on request.
Questions about privacy can go to help@rivaldesk.com and we will respond promptly.
