By using RivalDesk you agree to these terms. If you are using it on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to accept them for that company.
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Settings, and changes take effect from the next period.
Use RivalDesk to monitor public information for legitimate business purposes. Do not use it to harass, to break another site’s terms, or to access information that is not public.
We work hard to surface accurate, timely signals, but intelligence is summarised from public sources and provided as is. Always verify before making a material decision.
You may cancel whenever you like and keep access until the end of the current period. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
