Subprocessors

RivalDesk uses the following third-party subprocessors to assist in providing the Service. Each subprocessor has been evaluated for their security practices and is bound by data processing agreements that meet the requirements of applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before engaging a new subprocessor. Customers can subscribe to notifications of subprocessor changes by contacting dpo@rivaldesk.com.

Notification of Changes

We are committed to transparency regarding our use of subprocessors. When we plan to engage a new subprocessor or replace an existing one, we will:

Update this page at least 30 days before the new subprocessor begins processing personal data.
Send email notifications to customers who have subscribed to subprocessor change alerts.
Provide details about the new subprocessor, including their name, purpose, and location.

If you have concerns about a new subprocessor, you may raise an objection within 14 days of receiving notice, as outlined in our Data Processing Agreement.
